Many customers are very concerned about buying machines from abroad: what kind of after-sales service you can provide. Especially when the engineers of both parties cannot or are inconvenient to travel on business, how can we make the customer rest assured and use the machine correctly? In addition to solving customer problems through video calls in the future, what preparations will we do in advance?
This is not a problem for Higee Machinery, because we have almost 15 years’ experiences in international trade, there has been a mature method to ensure that everything is reliable for customers. Especially before shipping, we have a lot of work to do:
1, Testing
When the machine is finished:
If it is standard machine, we will take photos and testing videos of the machine. Usually we will use the real samples from customer to take the testing videos, if we didn’t receive the samples, or the customer has no samples yet, we will find a product with nearest size we have to do testing.
When testing, we will try our best to test every quantity, every size, every product and send the videos to the customer for confirmation. The test video is basically the original video without editing. Ensure that customers see the most realistic test results of the machine.
For large equipment, sometimes the customer will arrange a third-party organization to inspect the factory and do reception. We will fully cooperate after the machine is well debugged.
2, Detail confirmation
Many of our machines are customized according to customer requirements and products. At this time, we will need to send the results of the customized parts of the machine to the customer.

3, Taking guidance video
For standard machine, there is no need to take new guidance video because we’ve already taken them before, for new product and customized product, we will take videos of all aspects, take the recently shipped packaging machine as an example: The standard machine is filling-sealing-capping for cups, the customer don’t need sealing station, and need to take heat preservation measures for the pipeline and equipped a collection table, and he has 2 cups for different filling quantity. Therefore, we have taken the following videos according to the needs of our customers:
- Instructions for the location, installation and use of the heating wire.
- How to switch between different feeding methods.
- How to adjust the machine when change cup size.
- How to adjust the filling volume.
- Each page of the touch screen.
- What to do when using the machine for the first time.
- Introduction about detecting sensor.
- Some other things to pay attention to when use the machine.
In addition, in order to facilitate packaging, we disassembled the collection table into parts and took a video of the disassembly and assembly for customers’ reference during installation.

4, Take archive photos
Before each shipment, we will take very detailed photos of the machine, including the whole and details. Especially for customized machines. We archive these photos so that when customers have difficulties or questions about the use of the machine in the future, we can use these photos to quickly answer and guide customers more intuitively.

If there are accessories that customers are advised to buy, we will also ask customers to confirm in advance whether they are needed, and if so, we will also pack them together with these free accessories.
6, Clean and pack
We will clean the machine thoroughly before packing the machine, pour out the testing liquid in the machine and wipe dry (if any).
Parts, screws and other non-stainless steel parts, we will do anti-rust treatment, such as applying anti-rust oil, etc. If necessary (such as wet weather), we will put some desiccants when packing.

For a simple single machine, such as Labeling Machine, we try not to disassemble the machine when packing, so that the machine is sent out as completely as possible, so that when the customer receives the machine, only a very simple fine-tuning can be used.
In fact, most of our machines are packed without disassembling.
For large equipment that must be disassembled, we will make a very simple interface and mark the docking so that customers can install the equipment very quickly and easily in the future.
At the same time, as mentioned in the third point, we will take videos so that customers can understand how to install it.
7, After packing
When the machine is well packed into wooden case, we will ask if customer need specific shipping mark, if not, we usually will put ‘Higee Machinery to xxx company’ on the side of cases.
For the case, usually we use ply-wood, this is a non-fumigation wooden box, which comply with international transportation regulations, And confirm whether the wood used in every place is not a log. If there is a log, we will ensure that it is heat treated and has a treated mark.
Then we will take photos of package, measure the size, after the machine is delivered to the warehouse, the logistics documents will be taken to keep track of the goods.
