Sleeve labeling machine structure and function: 

1. Cutter set: It adopts eccentric linkage mechanism and is driven by stepper motor. There is no rotation action without bottle induction, which increases the service life and safety. At the same time, its cutter is easy to replace with ordinary paper cutter, and economy.

2. Machine group: The whole machine adopts stainless steel body, which is used to support the main machine and fix the conveyor belt.

3. Shrinking furnace: use electric heat or steam heat to shrink the label sleeved into the bottle and evenly attach it to the bottle.

4. Driving group: The double-drive feeding mechanism is adopted, which is an indispensable part for fixing the central column. No matter the bottle becomes larger or smaller, the required size can be changed by simply rotating the handwheel. The transmission function is completed by the gear group.

5. Bottle-separating screw: Separate the bottles to be labelled at equal distances and enter the bottle group.

6. Bottle group: It adopts synchronous transmission on both sides, and only one handwheel is needed for adjustment of height and bottle positioning.

7. Three-color warning light: a green warning light during normal operation, a yellow flashing light when ready, and a red light when the host is abnormal.

8. Center column: The label film material is sleeved and stretched, so that the film material can be conveyed and cut.

9. Electric eye frame group: The optical fiber electric eye is used to transmit the signal, and the control system is provided for fixed-size transmission. The position of the electric eye can be adjusted up and down.

10. Brush group: Use the belt or rubber band to drive the label brush into the bottle into position.

11. Lower brush group: The synchronous adjustment mechanism is used to adjust the two groups of conveying wheels under the brush to slightly contact the rollers below the center column. When the label passes through, the label is put into the bottle at a high speed.

12. Double material rack group: save the time for material change, and the material is fed by a group of conveying roller deceleration motors.

13. Conveyor belt: Use the frequency converter to adjust the speed of the conveyor belt to match the speed suitable for each production capacity. The machine also uses synchronous control to make the bottle-separating screw group, the bottle group and the conveyor belt into a single knob for speed regulation.

14. The electric eye of the bottle: monitor the bottle to the appropriate position, and output the signal to make the host automatically insert the label.

15. Feeding group: It is composed of a feeding box and a feeding motor that control the tension of the label feeding, and is used to transmit the label film.

16. Human-machine interface: It is the control center of the machine. Each operation display page is divided into main table, manual, automatic, setting, monitoring, etc., and several auxiliary knobs and buttons are used to operate and control the sleeve labeling operation.
