The vibrating plate is a type of bottle feeding machine, it can realize the fully automatic sorting and discharging of various products such as bottles, tubes, caps and stoppers through the channel design in the machine with the vibration function. 1, Adding noise enclosure

Still using the vibration plate, but HIGEE can add a noise enclosure for you. The noise enclosure is  mainly a fully enclosed machine enclosure with a compartment around it and sound insulation materials such as acoustic cotton inside.

By doing so, the noise of the vibration plate can be greatly reduced.

Of course, it will have an extra cost for the noise enclosure.

2, Using the turning table

Another solution is to choose to use a turning table to feed the bottles. But it can be used only for bottle that can stand itself, it is not suitable for other object like cap, plug, etc. And it requires the operator to arrange the bottles to be stand up then put, can’t be used for auto arranging of disorganized bottles.

3, Using the elevator type feeder

This is another fully automatic feeding machine, mainly used for cap/lid. It has a bigger capacity than the other types, higher automation, which can save the labor a lot. But it has limit to the feeding product types, some special shapes of product like plug for eye drop, cap with straw, special shaped caps can not be used in this machine.

Also the price of the elevator feeder is higher than the above two machines.
